Hatchand Bhaonani Gurumukh Charles Sobhraj (born on April 6, 1944), better known as Charles Sobhraj, whose life sentence was on Friday last upheld by Nepal's Supreme Court in a 1975 murder case, has spent much of his life in and out of prison for a series of offences.
